    Gabriel's Simple Story

    "Growing up as an artist and photographer in Hong Kong, I’ve always lived between two worlds. For me, nature isn’t just an escape from the city; it's a parallel existence. My art is born from the energy I find moving between these two beautiful tangents.

    I have a ritual: I go camping, leaving the city behind to be in the woods. When I return to my studio, I bring that experience back with me. It’s often the smells that stick with me the most—the woody, smoky scents of the outdoors. These are what spark my creativity, helping me create work that holds a quiet, lingering poetry in the space it occupies.
