Online gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. No physical card will be given. 

Physical gift cards are available at the purchase at shops.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

- This gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
- This gift card can be used only once in either of BeCandle's physical or online stores. Visit www.becandle.com.hk/pages/about-us for redemption location(s).
- This gift card can be used for full-priced and sale items.
- Both the gift card and the product purchased with this gift card are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credits.
- Any amount exceeding the value of this card must be settled in full by cash or credit card.
- The physical gift card must be presented and submitted at the time of purchase; photocopies will not be accepted. An electronic gift card with an assigned unique code must be presented or entered into the website upon checkout for redemption.
- BeCandle reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of a dispute.
