店舖同透明嘅生產場所建於地面空間，創作、製造者同使用者嘅生活有所連繫共鳴，我相信咁樣先喺生產質素嘅基本。
由十年前一個人嘅鳩想探索，到今日三十人嘅「麵包店式」實驗經營模式。好榮幸可以同呢個團隊合作繼續創造延續一個文化、美學、社區同故事。
下一個目標，將BeCandle Saikung招牌帶到另一個國家嘅街頭，等啲人問Where the hell is SaiKung?

The transparent factory and shop built on the ground level connect the creators, producers and consumers. I believe this is how quality evolves.
Beginning from ones ideas and explorations 10 years ago, to today’s thirty people “bakery style” experimental model. I am honoured to work with this dream team to create and nurture a culture, aesthetics, community and story.
Next goal, putting a shop sign of “BeCandle Saikung” to another country, letting people ask “where the hell is Saikung?”
